Lars Van Linge
After amassing 10 years of hands-on experience as a Red Seal carpenter, Lars founded Teragon in 2006 and has been fuelling his passion for building unique, beautiful homes ever since. Lars is committed to staying informed on the latest building technologies and prioritizing details that set Teragon apart from the competition. He’s proud to have built an industry-leading team that shares his passion and dedication for building gorgeous custom homes. A White Rock resident for most of his life, Lars loves spending time with his family, cruising on his Harley, exploring in his Jeep, and backcountry camping.

Matt Corbet
Matt has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, starting out as an engineering technologist and designing homes all over Canada and the US. After dabbling in window and concrete sales, then transitioning to a project management role in residential construction, Matt joined the Teragon team in 2019. Holding certificates in Gold Seal Construction Management, VRCA Gold Seal Project Management, and more, Matt’s passion for professional growth and fulfilling the dreams of families are what keep him rooted in residential projects. When he’s not managing construction builds or updating his own home, Matt loves staying active in BC’s great outdoors with his family through fishing, hunting, and skiing.
Chelsea Simmons
With 10 years of construction experience under her belt and a fine eye for detail, Chelsea is the designated Project Coordinator. Chelsea works remotely to solve any issue that may arise and keeps projects organized and on time. She passed the Ace-It (Accelerated Credit Enrolment to Industry Training) program at the top of her class and graduated with a Red Seal carpenter ticket from North Island College by the time she was 21. Her passion for the industry is what motivates her to keep learning, and she gets immense satisfaction from working with great people and building clients their dream homes. In her spare time, she loves cheering on her family at the hockey rink and lakeside camping in the summer with her boat.

Brent Doyon
Brent has been part of the residential construction scene for over 40 years. He first learned to frame houses in his twenties, working with his uncle and cousin, and he never looked back as he went on to amass extensive experience. In addition to meticulously managing projects from the planning stage onwards, Brent is Teragon’s go-to guy for overseeing ongoing site maintenance once builds are complete. With a passion for collaborating with the tight-knit crew of local tradespeople he’s gotten to know over the years, Brent’s driven to tackle challenging builds that keep him on his toes, and especially enjoys finishing carpentry. A dad to three grown kids, he loves travelling to the Okanagan in his spare time and making the most of his green thumb in his South Surrey garden.
Matt Sousa
Born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, BC, site manager Matt brings a rare breadth of hands-on expertise to every project he leads. A Red Seal Carpenter and Journeyman Welder with a diploma in CAD and Drafting, his background spans heavy equipment operation, mechanics, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, audio/video systems and more. Matt approaches each build with precision and creativity, driven by the limitless possibilities of residential construction and the opportunity to collaborate with visionary clients, designers, and architects to create legacy homes. Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Matt thrives on complex, design-forward projects — especially those that challenge him to think differently every day. Outside of work he also has a wide range of hobbies and interests, many of which he enjoys sharing with his son, including fishing, four-wheeling, hiking, woodworking, wrenching on cars, drag racing, drafting, architecture, travel, sports, and music — he was even a DJ for 12 years!

Nick Albinati
Nick joined Teragon in September 2021 as a labourer and quickly worked his way up to Site Coordinator/Construction Safety Officer (CSO) through dedication, adaptability, and a strong technical foundation. With a background and certification in Information Technology, he brings a systems-focused mindset to operations — ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and with precision. Grounded, driven and team-oriented, Nick plays a key role in always keeping operations aligned and moving forward. Nick values that Teragon truly cares about and invests in people. He says the company’s support has allowed him to pursue his passions beyond work, including travelling internationally to officiate hockey at prestigious tournaments like the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship in Minnesota. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he also enjoys watching soccer and spending time at home with his wife and cat.
Eoghan Dempsey
Site Manager Eoghan brings a diverse construction background shaped by experience in both large-scale urban builds and high-end custom homes; he spent four years building high-rise towers in downtown Vancouver before focusing his technical expertise on residential projects. A Red Seal Carpenter with Net Zero construction training, Eoghan has a strong understanding of performance-driven building and enjoys being challenged with intricate, complex builds. He is driven by a passion for turning imagination into reality, bringing clients’ dream homes to life with care and precision. Originally from Ireland, he moved to Vancouver in 2019 to pursue work and the opportunity to build a life in Canada. When not on the job site, Eoghan embraces everything the West Coast has to offer, spending his free time outdoors hunting, fishing, backpacking and camping, while also staying connected to his Irish roots by playing hurling and Gaelic football.

Mike Berger
Mike’s nearly 50 years of construction experience began in carpentry with a family-run business. He worked on multi-family and commercial builds before entering the luxury home space in 1987, where he discovered his passion for single-family projects. Over the years, he went from tradesperson to management, now mostly handling schedule coordination, logistics, and quality control for Teragon, although he occasionally breaks out the tools to keep his hands-on skills sharp. He’s professionally driven by curiosity — keeping up with design trends and implementing new building technologies — and an aptitude for clear communication, which allows him to deliver top quality service and workmanship. As a semi-professional musician and enthusiastic motorcyclist, Mike can’t imagine living outside the Vancouver area, where he jams with some very talented people and enjoys the great outdoors.
